Storage Space : It is estimated that about ~(2GiB-5GiB) of Storage Space is taken up by redundant files
Internet Usage : We receive multiple copies of of the same file, wasting Data for the same block of Information

In the midst of Semester exams( 1-2). Everyone were in the need of the notes, PDF's and so on. Everything was unsorted and we could hardly find them. Then I got to know about this chat bot on Telegram ( Documan) It was so organized that I could find the pdf and download it within seconds and without anyone's help. It was constantly updating and whenever our lecturers would upload something I've had access to download it from DOCUMAN. It's very much useful and easy to access. Honestly we all needed this.

Documan was really helpful for me during the pandemic because, personally what I feel is that online classes are a bit confusing and at times we don't understand some of the topics or we tend to miss some of the classes so documan was really helpful because all the written material was available in it so even if I missed something I could get it from documan,so documan is a place where a student could refer anything easily(from course files to lab material)which makes the job of a student very easy
